Mittens & Panda

Mittens & Panda arrived at the sanctuary after their human companion’s circumstances changed. Sadly, whilst it was an incredibly difficult decision to make it was the best decision for all involved.

Panda is very affectionate and loves nothing more than spending time with his human caregivers. He will instantly get up to greet you and rub against your legs. Mittens has found the move to the cattery a little overwhelming although he is showing his adorable personality more and more, as the days go by. Whilst he may hide away initially, the rewards will be endless when he goes into a home environment.

Panda had a Perineal Urethrostomy a few years ago. He has been living normally since this surgery, but our vets advise that he could be susceptible to occasional flare-ups of Cystitis, which may need antibiotics from time to time. He will need to be supported with a urinary diet as well as urinary supplements.
