Bailey

Bailey came to us in July 2024.

He came from a charity that specialises in engaging SEN students and those who are struggling in mainstream education, with animals at the heart of their work. Bailey wasn’t comfortable in this environment, so we integrated him into our goat gang.

He has made friends with the others, particularly Tigger and is a gentle and loving lad.

He loves to lean against you and is very affectionate, of course in the hope that he gets his treats before anyone else.

Did you know:

• Goats are ruminants, with four stomach chambers. The most important of these is the rumen, which acts as a large fermentation vat to break down plant roughage.
• Goats have rectangular pupils that allow them to have much wider peripheral vision.
