Carlos

Carlos arrived in our care after he was handed in at a local vet’s as a stray. Sadly, his human was never located, so it’s now our mission to find him the best retirement home.

He’s a sweet lad who has really started to settle into cattery life. Carlos is a little on the deaf side, but he can definitely hear the rustling of a treat packet!! Having lived as a stray, he’s still a little wary of too much fuss but will happily accept chin scratches, especially if a treat is on offer afterwards.

After a recent blood test, it was confirmed that Carlos has hyperthyroidism. He is on twice-daily medication that he takes willingly in his food. The monthly cost of this, including blood tests, medication and prescriptions, is £40.
