1. We can only arrange bookings for three people per day.
Therefore, if you have booked one session, this is for one person only.
We’re unable to arrange visits for large groups.
This is a popular service and we try to accommodate as many people as we can.
Therefore, please do not book multiple sessions as this prevents others from visiting. This will potentially lead to the Sanctuary cancelling your bookings.
2. You must be at least 15 years old.
Young people under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Bookings cannot be made over the phone, via Facebook or email.
4. Please do not bring treats for the cats – their diet is strictly controlled.
5. We may have to cancel your booking at short notice.
