Some of you may remember a Staffy called Diesel. He was re-homed a year ago and he’s just sent us the following message.
Hello everybody,
It’s very nearly a year since I left Stadhampton, and the people I live with now have suggested it’s a good time to wish you all a Happy Christmas and to bring you up to date with the time since my adoption.
I have to report I’ve done rather well in moving to the Blake household. I receive lots of affection by way of regular cuddles, three walks a day and 2 1/2 meals a day to keep me fit and healthy.
I even have a choice of beds each night. Enough to say to all the current OAS residents that I can recommend a family who, with luck, will care for them in the same way. When would be adopters come looking, put on a happy face and wag your tail to make sure it’s you they take home with you.
To all the staff who looked after me for so long I say Thank You. Without your care I probably wouldn’t be where I am now.
The Blakes ask me to convey their thanks too – I’m not surprised as they were pretty lucky to find me!
