About this class:

A Vinyasa class accessible to beginner and regular practitioners of all levels.

This dynamic flow class incorporates a variety of energetic and restorative asanas (postures), allowing for building heat, strength, and flexibility as well as cooling down after work. Through intelligent sequencing, the class helps you connect with your breath, body, and mind to create more focus and presence in life. Students are safely guided to move into and out of asanas with breath synchronisation cues.

They benefit from the encouragement of the teacher to flow at their own pace, finding their own edge between challenge and acceptance.

Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Everyone is welcome*, but please RSVP if you are attending as space is limited.

If you have any questions, you can send a message to vernasana@gmail.com.
