- We can only arrange bookings for a maximum of two people people per day.
- This is a popular service and we try to accommodate as many people as we can.
- Therefore, please do not book multiple sessions as this prevents others from visiting.
- The Sanctuary reserves ther right to cancel your bookings.
- You must be at least 15 years old.
- Young people under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bookings cannot be made over the phone, via Facebook or email.
- Please do not bring treats for the rabbits – their diet is strictly controlled.
- We may have to cancel your booking at short notice. Please check your email regularly to see if we’ve contacted you about your visit.
- 📣 We’ve introduced a £3.00 non-refundable fee for each rabbit socialising appointment. 📣
- This nominal fee will help us meet the costs of running the programme and ensure we can continue caring for our bunnies in the best possible way.
