These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Sponsoring an Animal
When you sponsor an animal at the Sanctuary, you are helping to take care of one of our permanent residents who are not suitable candidates for adoption.
In the unlikely event of the animal being adopted into a home, or upon the animal’s passing we will contact you via the email address you have provided, to inform you of the situation.
In this event, we will present three options.
a) Cancel your monthly donations for the animal
b) Move your monthly donations to another sponsor animal
c) Continue as you are and we’ll simply put your generous donation towards caring for all of our sponsor animals collectively
If we do not hear from you, we will revert to option c).
You are free at any time to contact the Sanctuary and we will immediately cease your Direct Debit agreement, or simply contact your bank to cancel the mandate.
