Our sanctuary had an absolutely fantastic month in May! We were on a roll, finding new homes for a whopping 43 animals. It was a rehoming bonanza! Let us share some of our team’s highlights with you.
🐰 We kicked off the month with not one, but two pairs of rabbits hopping off to greener pastures. Say hello to Pickle and Chutney, as well as Cookie and Pickle! These adorable bunnies found their perfect match and hopped right into their new homes. And that’s not all—Fred and Barney, another dynamic duo of bunnies, joined the party too! 🐰
😻 Our feline friends were also on the move. We had Ted, Peaches, Bailey, Jim, Stardust, Annie, Grayson, Loki & Pixie, Winter, and Muffin all starting their exciting new lives.
Havana, a supermom cat who had been raising her kittens in a foster home, finally got a well-deserved break and found her forever home. 😻
🐶 Now, let’s talk about our canine champions!
Dora, the adorable spaniel, was the first lucky doggo to find a loving home in May. She’s doing incredibly well and spreading love by leaning up against everyone she meets.
Shirley, a real sweetheart, was adopted by her foster carer and is loving being part of a big, loving family.
Ralph, the crossbreed puppy, is overcoming his fear of men with his amazing new humans. Chloe, the speedy lurcher, and Cruz, the French bulldog with endless charm, are also soaking up the awesomeness of their new lives.
Leroy and Pippin joined their forever families a few days ago, so we’re crossing our paws and hoping they’re settling in nicely. And how could we forget Ozzie, the Boston terrier with a heart of gold? Despite having one eye removed and feeling a bit down when he arrived, he’s now the king of his new owners’ world!🐶
